Best AgencyAnalytics Alternatives (2026): 10 Tools Compared on Price, White-Label and Client Access

AgencyAnalytics now has one flat price: $20 per client a month, billed yearly. Here are ten alternatives with prices checked this month, what your clients see, how white-label works on each, and which one fits the way your agency reports.

The short answer: for a like-for-like swap, Swydo (one plan, priced per data source) or DashThis (white-label on every plan) cover what most agencies use AgencyAnalytics for. Reportz is the cheapest per client, and Data Studio — Google's renamed Looker Studio — is free if your clients accept Google's look. Databox suits agencies reporting KPIs from ad platforms and databases. And Fastero is the pick when the report goes beyond marketing channels — into the client's own database, CRM or Stripe — and you want AI to build the dashboard and write the monthly summary.

AgencyAnalytics is still a strong product. It has replaced its tiered plans with a single per-client plan that includes everything, so the reasons agencies look elsewhere have shifted: the bill grows with every client you sign, the 85+ integrations are marketing platforms, and database connections are reserved for agencies with 25 clients or more.

The alternatives at a glance

Prices checked 6 October 2026, from each vendor's pricing page. "Yearly" means billed annually.

For "10 clients" we assumed each client connects four accounts — Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads and Search Console.

AgencyAnalytics: the baseline

Price. One "Core" plan: $20 per client a month billed yearly, $25 billed monthly. Ten clients cost $200 a month on a yearly plan. A 14-day trial needs no card.

What every client gets. Unlimited data sources, reports, dashboards and users; 85+ marketing integrations; scheduled reports; a white-label portal with your logo, colours, custom domain and email; AI summaries; goals, alerts and anomaly detection; and access from ChatGPT and Claude.

Where agencies hit the edges. Database connectors — BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake — come with volume pricing for agencies with more than 25 clients. On G2, where it holds 4.7 out of 5 from 462 reviews, the most common complaints are integration problems, connections that drop and a learning curve when building dashboards.

1. Swydo

Swydo sells one plan with everything included, priced by the number of data sources you connect: from €62 a month billed yearly (€69 monthly) for ten sources. Clients get their own portal with unlimited users, white-label and a custom domain are included, and scheduled reports come standard. The plan also includes a monthly allowance of AI credits.

Best for: agencies with 10 to 20 clients who want AgencyAnalytics' shape — a branded portal and scheduled reports — priced by what they connect rather than by client.

2. DashThis

DashThis prices by dashboard: Individual is $44 a month billed yearly ($54 monthly) for 3 dashboards and 15 data sources, and Professional is $139 a month ($164 monthly) for 10 dashboards and 40 sources. White-label and a custom domain are on every plan, as are automated email reports. Clients open dashboards by link, optionally protected with a PIN. An AI Insights Pro add-on costs $19 a month.

Best for: agencies that want clean, branded dashboards without paying per client, and don't need a client login.

3. Reportz

Reportz is the cheapest per client here, at about $10 per dashboard a month. It covers the core SEO and PPC sources — Google Ads, GA4, Meta, Search Console and Sheets — adds your logo, colours and subdomain, and emails reports weekly or monthly. Clients open reports by link, with an optional password.

Best for: freelancers and small SEO or PPC agencies that need a branded report per client at the lowest price.

4. Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio)

Google renamed Looker Studio back to Data Studio on 16 April 2026. It is still free, with a Pro tier at $9 per user per project for team features and hourly scheduling. It connects natively to Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Sheets and BigQuery, and to Postgres and MySQL; Meta Ads needs a paid partner connector. Scheduled PDF emails are free. Clients open reports with a Google account or by link.

Best for: agencies that want free and Google-native reporting, and clients who don't mind the Google look.

5. Databox

Databox now sells an Agency plan from $79 a month billed yearly ($99 monthly) for four clients, with more clients added in packs; ten clients come to about $199 a month billed yearly. White-label is an add-on at $80 a month. Its strength is breadth: alongside the ad platforms, it connects to BigQuery, Snowflake, MySQL and Postgres. It has also added AI features and an MCP server.

Best for: agencies whose KPIs mix ad-platform data with a client's database or warehouse.

6. Klipfolio Klips

Klipfolio's agency plans for Klips start at $160 a month billed yearly for five clients; Lite is $240 and Pro, which includes the full white-label bundle and custom domain, is $440. Klips connects to the ad platforms and to SQL databases, and it suits agencies willing to model their own data. Klipfolio's newer product, PowerMetrics, is priced per user rather than per client.

Best for: data-minded agencies that want control over how metrics are calculated.

7. Whatagraph

Whatagraph now publishes two plans, and the lower one, Max, starts at about $812 a month, billed yearly and sold through a demo. It connects to the main ad platforms and to BigQuery and Snowflake, and reports are shared by link, with an optional password. A custom report domain is a Prime add-on.

Best for: large agencies that want polished, managed reporting and have the budget for it.

8. Porter Metrics

Porter Metrics is a connector rather than a portal: it brings Google Ads, GA4, Meta and Search Console data into Data Studio and Google Sheets, priced per connected account at $12.50 a month billed yearly ($15 monthly). It has a free plan, and has moved towards AI-built dashboards.

Best for: agencies that like Data Studio but need Meta and other sources Google doesn't connect natively.

9. Supermetrics

Supermetrics moves marketing data from 200+ platforms into Sheets, Data Studio or a warehouse, from €39 a month billed yearly. In 2026 it added AI-built dashboards with public links, but it remains a data pipeline first: client access and branding come from whichever reporting tool you send the data to.

Best for: agencies that build reports in their own tools and need dependable data feeds.

10. Fastero

Fastero comes at client reporting from the other side. Instead of templates over marketing connectors, an AI analyst builds the dashboard from whatever the client's numbers live in — their own database or warehouse, Google Sheets, Stripe or HubSpot, and Google Ads, GA4 and Meta through its integrations — and you deliver it in a workspace the client logs in to.

A client report dashboard in Fastero: leads, cost per lead from ads, booked jobs and revenue, each compared with the previous month, a written summary of the month, and visits and leads per week

A client report in Fastero. Sample data.

What that looks like for an agency:

  • Built by asking. Describe the report — "leads, cost per lead and booked jobs by month, with the change since last month" — and the AI builds it, with filters and number cards that compare each figure with the previous period. You can edit any chart yourself.
  • Each client gets their own login. Give each client their own workspace and invite them; they sign in and land on their report.
  • The report goes to their inbox. Schedule it weekly or monthly, at any time you choose: every recipient gets a PDF of the whole dashboard, run fresh that morning, with a short written summary of what changed.
  • You know whether they read it. Owners and admins see who opened each dashboard.
  • It reaches beyond marketing. When the client asks how their ad spend relates to revenue in their own system, the answer is a query against their data, not an export.
  • Claude can do the work too. With Fastero's Claude connector, you can build and send a client's report from a conversation in Claude.

Price. Free to start; paid plans from $20 a month.

Best for: freelancers and agencies whose client reporting goes beyond marketing channels, and who want AI to build the dashboard and write the summary each month.
