6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

As part of our Services, we offer AI-based features. These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide innovative solutions. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with and processed by AI Service Providers (e.g., AWS AI, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Azure AI). Please note that you must not use these AI Products in violation of any provider’s terms or policies.

Our Services offer the ability to register and log in using third-party social media account details. The profile information we receive depends on the social media provider but will often include name, email address, friends list, profile picture, and other info you make public.
8. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from such a user, we will deactivate the account and delete the data promptly. 12. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails or contacting us. We may still communicate for service-related or other non-marketing purposes.
Account Information. If you would like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can do so in your account settings. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal requirements.
13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your preference. Because there is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
14. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about categories of personal information (if any) disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please contact us in writing.
15. DO OTHER REGIONS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Australia and New Zealand
