How is unbilled cost calculated?
Every AI request is recorded with model, quantity (tokens), and timestamp. Model-specific pricing is applied (e.g., GPT-4: $0.05/request). Unbilled cost is the sum of all usage since last invoice, updated in real-time.
When are invoices generated?
Invoices are auto-generated when unbilled cost exceeds the threshold (default $100). This prevents large surprise bills—you pay incrementally as you go. Manual invoices can also be generated on demand.
Can I see who is driving AI costs?
Yes—AI usage logs show every request with user attribution. Filter by user to see per-user costs. Export to CSV for chargeback or cost allocation to departments.
How do I upgrade from trial to Pro?

What payment methods are supported?

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Usage-based billing is non-refundable (you pay for usage already consumed). If you cancel Pro, no future charges are made. Unused trial days are not refundable.
