## Definitions

- **Editor:** Anyone who builds or changes things: owners, admins and editors. Viewers and auditors are free and unlimited.
- **AI balance:** Every plan pays for AI from a prepaid balance. Every account starts with $20; Pro adds $10 every month. Top up $10 at a time, or let automatic top-ups do it, capped at $50 in any 30 days. The balance never expires.
- **Compute hours:** Time your apps, notebooks and Python runs spend running. Pro includes 750 hours a month per editor, enough to keep one app on around the clock. Idle apps sleep after 10 minutes, so you pay only while someone uses them.

## Usage

- **AI:** $20 to start, +$10 a month on Pro. When the balance runs out, top up $10 at a time, or let automatic top-ups keep it going, capped at $50 in any 30 days. Unused balance never expires.
- **Compute:** 750 hours per editor, then $0.02 an hour. Shared across the workspace. Idle apps sleep, so a quiet app costs nothing. Usage beyond the allowance is billed after a free measuring period; nothing is charged for compute today.
- **Storage:** 500 MB on Free, 5 GB per editor on Pro. Beyond the allowance, $0.10 per GB a month, billed after the same measuring period.
- **Exports:** 3 a month on Free, 15 on Pro. Dashboard downloads to Excel, files the AI agent makes, and log exports. The count resets on the first of each month.

- Notebooks, Python runs and one always-on app, within 2 × 750 hours: Included

## Questions

**What counts as an editor?**

Anyone who builds or changes things in a workspace: owners, admins and editors. Viewers and auditors are free, and there is no limit on how many you invite.

**What happens after the first 14 days?**

Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, free and with no card. After that, your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you buy Pro. Nothing is deleted: apps, notebooks and dashboards stay, and always-on apps go back to waking when someone opens them. We email you three days before the trial ends.

**Is the Free plan really free?**

Yes. There is no time limit and no card to enter. You can analyze data with the AI agent, with $20 of AI usage to start; build and share dashboards, reports, notebooks and apps; and connect your data. Apps wake when someone opens them, and you get 3 exports a month.

**What happens when my AI balance runs out?**

Top up $10 at a time from billing settings, or turn on automatic top-ups: they add $10 whenever the balance runs out, at most $50 in any 30 days, and you can switch them off at any time. On Pro, $10 is added every month.

**Does anything roll over?**

Your AI balance never expires. Compute hours and exports reset at the start of each month; the storage allowance is how much you can keep stored at any time.

**When are compute and storage charged?**

Pro includes 750 compute hours and 5 GB of storage per editor each month, shared across the workspace. Usage beyond that is billed at $0.02 an hour and $0.10 per GB a month after a free measuring period, as separate lines on the monthly invoice. Nothing is charged for compute or storage today.

**How does billing work?**

Pro renews monthly on the day you bought it, charged to your card through Stripe. Every purchase, renewal and AI top-up comes with an invoice you can download from billing settings.

**Can I cancel?**

Any time, from billing settings. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for, and it is not charged again.

**What happens to my work if I move back to Free?**

Everything stays: dashboards, reports, notebooks, apps and data. Always-on apps go back to waking when someone opens them.

**Do you sell in the EU and the UK?**

Yes, to businesses with a VAT number. Invoices carry the reverse-charge note, so no VAT is added.

**Which payment methods do you accept?**

Credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice by agreement.

**Which currency are prices in?**

US dollars. Prices exclude any taxes that apply.
